kdenetwork-kde4 4.0.4 and Qt 4.4 are both in backports, so the
dependency is not a problem. The concern about not being able to update
KDE without updating Qt may be a valid one, but since that's the
packages we have in backports, changing this could cause other problems.
I am closing this since it will not be fixed. Feel free to report any
other bugs you may find.
