Thanks for your bugreport. I debugged this behavior today and it seems to be caused by a "feature" in the script that builds the translations file for apt. It used to only add a package to this translations file if all the bits of its description were translated. This caused a lot of packages like aMule that consists of a common bit and then a additional description to not show up when only the common bit of the description was translated.
I changed that now so that incomplete translations are put into the Translation file as well and that made amule appear in more places. I uploaded the updated translations to intrepid and they should appear soon. Please let me know if that makes the missing translations appear or if there are still some that are not displayed (there might be a bug hidding somewhere).
