The mixed colour part--yes, but not the solid warning from the pc speaker...I am pointing to a problem that "seems" to be a clash between the bios & Usplash. Well, it might not matter, at least in my case. I'm changing to a EVGA nForce 7500 motherboard tomorrow--that may have a very different series of issues :)
