Without emotions, there's a lot of association related to
opensource/linux with a legal status in Switzerland why we should
add/create another one? and for who? It's always the same members on
this ML.

Actually we're recognized by Ubuntu as an official community but I
inform you as Myriam inform us before [1] that we'll have a Re-approval
(you can read more at [2]) and without activities there's no more any
official Swiss community. Just have a look when was the last report [3]

Until know, we have almost all the time received a free conference rooms
from "Puzzle itc", "Dock18", "EPFL" and "ZHdK" and others. But yeah, for
this point a legal status can be a 'possibility' if we're more than 5
(the same people talking on this ML)

We don't need any legal status to receive gifts. Everything should be
with Myriam or another member of this community. Normally Myriam ask for
all merchandise when locos are informed.

Of course, if it's not only on the Swiss-German part, we can call it a
larger event ;) and I'm open to discuss this point and to take
responsibility.

I hope that I can join this event (working day) otherwise you or any
person who want to discuss is welcome to my flat in Biel or I can also
join u somewhere else during the week-end to discuss this point.

Best regards,
