Hey Nathan,
I'm giving a solid +1 to Nathan's application. I've been sponsoring
(desktop) packages updates for him since he started contributing to
Ubuntu. He showed a strong understanding of Debian packaging, git/vcs
handling and Ubuntu processes (FFe, SRU, ...). His work is usually high
quality and knows to ask questions when has doubts.
I'm confident that he will make good use of his upload powers and be a
great addition to the ubuntu-desktop group.
