I'll add a second +1 to Nathan's application. Most of my experience with Nathan has been in regard to his work on desktop snaps, which has been of high quality. He always asks good questions and is never afraid to ask. He makes good decisions and I'm confident he will use his ~ubuntu-desktop powers for good.
