You're probably at ~100 DPI, but you will need to measure it yourself to 
be 100% sure.  Just divide 1280 and 800 by the width and height (in 
inches), respectively, to get your DPI values.  If they are different, 
just average them.  This should match what xdpyinfo tells you, and what 
is in Appearance/Font settings.  The default fonts probably look okay on 
your screen, since it is so close to the old default 96 DPI.  My screen 
is 147 DPI, and my TV is only 50, so there's a lot of variation.
