Random suggestions. Set up a homepage of some sort for the package, even if
its just a link to a VCS or the tarballs. See if you can contact Paul
Cupis, although that's unlikely. Make a WNPP bug in debian and a
[needs-packaging] bug in ubuntu asking for it.
