As part of [1] which I also referred to you on the other mail thread
that you started, I'm working on xen 4.16 for Jammy.
There are even PPAs on the bug if you want to sniff-test things.

To be clear, I'm unable to commit to making xen in jammy super-shiny,
but better than the totally outdated 4.11 it should be.
