Got this note from the LP team: "Thursday 2nd Aug 11am UTC Launchpad will be down for 3-60 minutes: PPA, Ubuntu builds, Ubuntu uploads, for the duration will be affected.
"We'll have to disable PPA and Ubuntu builds, and Ubuntu uploads, for the duration, and it's likely that some other internal non-Launchpad services will be down."
