Time Ranges: Morning :: 08:00 ~ 11:00 Midday :: 12:00 ~ 3:00 PM Evening :: 4:00 PM ~ 7:00PM Night :: 8:00PM ~ 11:00 PM P.S: Meeting duration can be 2-3 hrs. We had the following issues during the last meeting: 1. Nature of FGs: Are "FGs" elite groups of people who already did activities, or is it the way people do activities from? --Points in this regard: - Transparency: Making it as open as we can, but how much? - Representation: Are members of FGs are considered representatives of ubuntu-eg? - Quality: How can we preserve some quality in the work done by FGs? How can this be kept and *who* should monitor&*keep* it it? 2. How should PR be formed?(Marketing + Social Media + Spokespersons?): We need to define the nature of Spokespersons before deciding. # Jobs of Spokespersons(Job of SP can conflict with Council job): - Will SPs take care of council job when there's no one in there location? - What are privileges given to SP members? # Now, should Spokespersons be included in PR? -- Regards, Ahmed -- Regards, Ahmed
