Fran, I think I did everything you describe ;-) except the trim thing.
I'll do that too.
I'll try to create a small tutorial in Greek as well (there are plenty
but just for my own use).

Regarding locales, I change with super+space. How do I change it to
alt+shift? Or is it fix?
