Hi,
the file it is missing is usually generated for your kernel.
I wonder if you are in a container where it doesn't have its "local" kernel
that this fails.
Other than that might you have upgraded your kernels and removed the one
you have still running but not yet rebooted?
Something like that could make the file unvailable.
I installed it in a new KVM guest and it worked just fine.

Are you sure that IP Virtual Server is built in the kernel or as module?
