  Incomplete

Bug description:
  It seems like the dependency module is missing.

  root@lb:~# ipvsadm --help
  modprobe: ERROR: ../libkmod/libkmod.c:586 kmod_search_moddep() could not open 
moddep file '/lib/modules/4.4.0-47-generic/modules.dep.bin'
  modprobe: FATAL: Module ip_vs not found in directory 
/lib/modules/4.4.0-47-generic
  Can't initialize ipvs: Protocol not available
  Are you sure that IP Virtual Server is built in the kernel or as module?

  root@lb:~# cat /etc/issue
  Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS \n \l

  root@lb:~# uname -a
