Hello Hardik, One thought that came to my mind was the default mirror selected for Ubuntu, it is currently the IIT site which I'm not sure is up-to-date. If not, could you discuss changing the default to some European or Japanese mirror which I seem to always get full/high speeds on? Easy to do manually but I'm not sure what is the user experience in general...
