Definitely agreed. The workbook should help a lot in finding out how well you know our development world. We should refer to it in our documentation a bit more. What I like about Ubuntu and the way we see if someone is ready is a lot about "did they get a lot of stuff done?" and "did they work well with others?". Recreating Debian NM in Ubuntu would probably shift the focus.
