i seeded everything i could today, we need to find a way to get
suspend-blocker into the archive, this is the only one not available yet
(it sadly has some hard deps on android pieces that make it not easy to
pull into the archive)
the next image build (*if* ubuntu-touch-meta migrated out of proposed by
then) will have them preinstalled.
