+1 to this. At minimum: - Ability to set arbitrary wallpaper. (independent of the lock screen) - Configure default font type, size, and color. - Configure number of rows/columns in scopes. - Choose an overall scale for the UI, as with grid units. - Set a global default base color for UI widgets (or at least provide "light" and "dark"). - Set a base color for the top bar and pull-down menus.
