Whilst I got all the bugs in the world today, only
3 were worth mentioning:
LP: #1947141 - (New) [monitoring-plugins] -
monitoring-plugins-standard check_mysql missing
Interesting bug. Focal has the mentioned file in the
package, and Impish as well. Only missing in Hirsute.
Further investigation with and by Paride revealed that
it's because of the mysql-8.0 version and simply a
no-change rebuild now should fix that. We've already
uploaded the fix! \o/
LP: #1947165 - (New) [nmap] - nmap crashes
when scanning /24 subnet
Valid bug. Thanks to Miriam for helping in finding
the same upstream bug and the fixing commit. I've
asked the reporter to forward the same bug in Debian
since we're in a sync and that as soon as this is
fixed in Debian (via a new version or otherwise),
we'll have the fix automatically. Given that there's
a very easy way around this, it isn't worth an SRU.
LP: #1947204 - (New) [apache2] - rpackage
apache2 2.4.46-4ubuntu1.3 failed to install/upgrade:
installed apache2 package post-installation script
subprocess returned error exit status 1
Couldn't reproduce and so asked the reporter to provide
more information and marked this as incomplete. At the
same time, provided the reporter with the plausible
workaround to the problem. Likely a local configuration
issue.
