I have a idea, perhaps is possible ussing the package from deepin linux
user manual, to make a tutorial:

wget -c
http://packages.linuxdeepin.com/deepin/pool/main/d/deepin-user-manual/deepin-user-manual_1.0+git20131206100813~1a99425fff_all.deb



The steps are two:

1.- Replace (backup) default sources.list for the coming attached here

2.- Install the key

wget http://packages.linuxdeepin.com/deepin/project/deepin-keyring.gpg
gpg --import deepin-keyring.gpg
sudo gpg --export --armor 209088E7 | sudo apt-key add -
