As you (and also Gabor Kelemen, who just assigned this bug to the german Ubuntu translators) can see, the program grsync does NOT use launchpad for translation sharing and is part of the universe repository: https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/precise/+source/grsync I can't even find an upstream connection where to report this translation bug to. If anybody knows, where to report, please tell me. Otherwise it would probably be neccessary to locate and inform the developer by email or so. Thank you for your understanding.
