Hello Matt Wheeler,
On 2009-10-12 08:03z (57 minutes ago), you uploaded a file with Catalan
(ca) translations for gpaint-2 in Ubuntu Karmic package "gpaint" to
Launchpad.
The file could not be imported because of text encoding problems. This
may indicate that the file does not specify the correct encoding, or
that it contains garbled or truncated text data.
The specific error message was:
'utf8' codec can't decode bytes in position 19-21: invalid data
