I can reproduce this bug in Epiphany and Firefox... I think that the start.ubuntu.com webserver lacks support for Asturian. You can test your browser here: http://www.cs.tut.fi/cgi-bin/run/~jkorpela/lang.cgi If the first language is "ast" your browser is OK.
