I think it was genuine Tony, I seem to remember it getting slashdotted a little while back, and there are links on the site to interviews and other info on his work. It's pretty cool really, there seems to be a whole subculture evolving around this. I wish I had the time and knowledge to give something like that a go (although I reckon my missus would string me up).
