You don't need to install MythTV, I'm using a 
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/AVerTV_DVB-T_Volar USB Stick I bought in 
Maplin with Kaffeine. Works pretty well and you can even record from more 
than one channel if they happen to be on the same multiplex.
