thought we had, when Asus released their first batch of EeePCs. Wasn't it
Asus's CEO who said something like "there's no way I'm going to contaminate
my beautifull machines with a crap OS like windows"? so here we are. and
It's nice to think that they where bought out, but I need to see the reciept
to believe that. I suspect it may be more of a case of mainstream market
wanting mainstream products.
I think Asus chose the wrong flavour of Linux. I flashed mine with Ubuntu,
but you average grandma wouldn't know how to do that.
