Yes, all of them.

You don't need to _compile_ anything to play MP3s on Ubuntu. Simply
navigate to a folder containing MP3 files, double click one and it
should (by default) open with the default media player 'Totem'. If the
necessary codec isn't installed then Totem will prompt you to go and
get it. It will do that for you.

There is no compilation, it's just a case of installing libraries
(codecs) to make the MP3 playback work. More information about this
