I tried to download Skype to my Ubuntu 10.4 netbook remix yesterday but failed
I had a no entry sign at the top of the screen this morning which said "An error occured E Malformed line 55 in Source.list /etc/apt/sources.list (dist parse) E The list of sources could not be read Go to the repository dialogue to correct the problem E -cache->open () failed, please report Can some guidance be given as to how to clear this issue. I am not very experienced with Ubuntu and to not want to mess things up! Thanks Benjy
