Download the flash plugin here,
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplayer10/64bit.html, and then
copy it into your mozilla plugins folder.

Although this isn't the official ubuntu way, it's the method that
Adobe support, so I figure why not? This plugin also works for Chrome.
