Hi Keith,

The System Partition on Win7 is part of the standard installation. The
Wubi installer won't use it for the install, instead it creates a
virtual partition within the Windows filesystem. The System Partition
can be ignored.

As far as I know you shouldn't have any problems installing /
uninstalling Wubi on the system you described. I've never actually done
it though so you may want to wait for someone with experience in this
matter to comment before you install.
