I have Devolo 200s which work quite well. They have a linux app for enabling encryption so your neighbours can't snoop on your traffic. It's pretty much plug and play. If I were to buy again I might consider ones that had a through mains socket, mine don't so I lose an outlet everywhere I have one installed. They're also a bit bulky so its sometimes hard to plug something in next to them.
