Welcome!

You get to Eugene much? We've had a few visitors to our LUG. I would mind a
talk on Linux gaming from someone in the know. Have you built a Steam box
with the beta yet? We have monthly talks first Tuesday. There are also
regular meetings meant as support sessions but that's mostly people hanging
out.

I'll let those folks most acquainted with what's going on in their
community perk up if you get anywhere else.

In LoCo news, we'll have a booth at Linux Fest Northwest at the end of
April. It's free to get in. A couple of us are taking the train up if you
want to join in the fun.

If you're thinking of helping out in other areas, I could certainly point
you in a couple directions. For one thing, your experience with virtual
machines would be ideal for manual testing. We just had a session on that
and bug triage at our recent Ubuntu Global Jam. I've been a bit slow to get
slides and pics and a blog post up, but that may be of help.

Have you considered your Ubuntu membership? I'm sure based on your
contribution to the manual alone, you'd be eligible. Are you still
contributing?
