Thank you, Walter! Washington never got "approved" so i don't think we

It isn't officially recognized anymore, but they never removed the
mail list, and some people are on it that refused to move to the state
lists. Therefore I include it when i think people might be interested.
IMO it worked better than splitting up the states, but that's water
under the bridge.
