dirac, This bug report thread was opened for my specific Sony computer. Others with same or different Sony computers have followed this thread. That being said, you could try downloading and running the script (i.e. command line program) I wrote to service the problem you describe. However, your mileage may vary (i.e. it might not work for you - but probably will). See my entry above numbered #77 for details on what to do.
