Thank you sooo much for the patch! First time in years I can use Ubuntu as I always wanted to.
Using Ubuntu 9.04. Having a Radeon 4850 and uses 'fglrx' via 'Restricted Drivers'. Finally the windows aren't laggy and everything else works just fine, movies, games and so on. Just confirming it works.
