suratta, this is not a bug report on graphical performance issues, but just on "jockey", that is the "Restricted drivers" application that helps you in installing proprietary drivers for your hardware if you need to. The issue is that the NVIDIA driver is being used but it does not show up as such in the "Restricted drivers" application (jockey). But in my case and other comments here we don't notice graphical performance problems.
I think that if you want to get attention to your graphical problems you should look for the appropriate bug report to comment there, or open a new one if you don't find one.
