I just got an answer from Nvidia, read below. Only I don't use compiz/unity now because of the issue. I must send them an answer within 72 hours for the report not to be closed... On the 752445-bug (same as this one) it seems someone has allready tried the 280.13 driver Mike (from the mail below) mentioned. It is version 280.13 available here for Linux x32: http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux-display-ia32-280.13-driver.html If the problem persists, please generate and attach a bugreport which gives us more information.
