I was told by someone I shouldn't reopen a closed (changing the status from released->new) bug unless I am very sure that the bug was not fixed. Instead, I was told that it might be better for me to create a new bug report. I would like to apologize if I caused some sort of confusion. I would also like to know if there is some kind of wiki out there that I can read regarding the bug handling SOP in Launchpad, especially in the Ubuntu Project. Thanks!
