What just happened? Why is this bug now marked as "incomplete"? It's been confirmed by several people here. Which release are you talking about? This bug is specific to 11.10, the latest release of Ubuntu. I think this has been marked "incomplete" in error. Please change it back to "confirmed." Again, I would be eager to provide any information required on this bug, since it is such a problem for the everyday usability of the OS.
