My Asus Eee pc 901 with the Intel 945Gme chipset has its Xserver crash several times per day. This behaviour has never disappeared and my original report was marked as a duplicate of a bug that has been fixed now. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/337116
Today X has crashed 3 times, this is syslog around the latest event. No Compiz, Xubuntu 9.04 (had vanilla Ubuntu earlier, same thing, but with Gnome the crashes were less frequent). I installed and updated to latest packages yesterday, after trying Karmic daily build (hard locks all the time with that, no go yet). Presently, this crash behaviour makes this computer preetty unreliable in use.
