I recently installed newly released ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64 bit version on
my desktop. And it is frequently freezing (one or two time per hour)
during browsing (flash ?). Freeze is complete and CTRL + ALT + F1
doesn't work. Perhaps a kernel freeze ?

I am using on board graphics and do not have any graphics card
installed.

Below is my hardware configuration:
Processor: Intel CORE i5 3450S processor (2nd generation)
Board: MSI H77MA-G43
Ram: 8GB
Graphics: On board
/ mount on SSD M4 crucial 2.5" 128 Go
/home on HDD SATA1 160 Go

no swap defined.

For me it'a a highly critical issue.

Thanks
  Anthony
