@ddadap
I have 12.04 32bit with a NVIDIA GPU Quadro NVS 290 dual monitor with one
large X Screen.

I've experienced this problem since I updated to 12.04, crashes often enough to
seriously disturb my work.
It might be network activity related, but the crash is in the nvidia driver
(both 295.40 and 302.07).

Actually it's 2 crash behavior for me; one is when screen totally freeze
up but it's still possible connect; the other is when screen goes black
and the login screen appears. I think sometimes the nvidia drivers hangs
instead of crashes.

Attached is gdb backtrace (only one method), maps and nvidia bug report.

Reproducable by running running the following site (that measures your
broadband):
 1. Open http://www.bredbandskollen.se/ in firefox
 2. Press "STARTA MÄTNINGEN"
 3. If no crash then press "Mät igen" (to the right) and repeat step 2.
 4. While doing this scroll up and down in another window.
     - Firefox will cause crash
     - Sublime Text 2 causes crash faster (http://www.sublimetext.com/2)

It's not necessary to run any browser or any flash content. But crash
usually happens for me during scroll.
