Public bug reported:

After installing nvidia-current and by default the nvidia-prime drivers
I am unable to login.

Originally posted on the ubuntu forums which one of the veterans
specified that it's "above his skill set". Considering this issues has
happened to me every time I've tried to install drivers (wiped the disk
and reinstalled three times) I'd like to elevate this for further
examination.

Here I posted to the ubuntu forums.
