report.
Google chrome intermittently flickers (sometimes even Firefox I found,
but very very rarely), and can cause a seizure in some people as it can
flash between black and white 60 times a second. This is a major issue
that needs to be resolved as I'm sure many who are suffering this bug,
feel as well.
Please refer to the other bug report which is no "Incomplete" as it goes
into more detail than I have time to honestly type out over again.
