Thank you for taking time to look into this issue.

1) No. The issue started when I connected third monitor to my Ubuntu PC.
I have not tried 3-monitor setup with previous Ubuntu releases.

3) I now did install gnome-session-flashback and rebooted the machine.
Even after this, the desktop crashed.

4) I just downloaded and booted to the latest cd-image from the link.
Desktop on the cd-image crashed as well with three monitors.
