As you can read on freedesktop, this bug is invalid. It's because of the use of KMS instead of UMS. Just use "mode" instead of "TV_FORMAT" and "[top|right|bottom|left] margin" instead of "[TOP|RIGHT|BOTTOM|LEFT]".
