Hi, It could be this patch works for arch too, i'm not certain, test it out in a VM first, patch the kernel install the patched kernel and if it boots then test the same steps on the baremetal.
I just compiled the kernel on ubuntu, 5.15.136 and will test if it works soon enough when i get the change, if i find the time for it i will write documentation on how you can patch the kernel up yourself, i personally used ubuntu 20.04.2 but might give it a shot in ubuntu 22.04.3 lts i just used VMS up until now but will test it out with external drives. i'm having an extremely busy week so i might have this sit up until next week. This was an exciting breakthrough! I'ill be back..
