Bryce, with Lucid updated to 17 March, cursor was visible. Yesterday had installed the latest flashplugin that is on Synaptic, 10.0.45.2 and this is Firefox 3.6.
Ran about 6 minutes then screen went black, there was a "spark" sound, then it went to login screen. Logged in O.K. and did ubuntu-bug xorg Bug #540642.
