Hi Bryce, I currently have two possible workarounds : nomodeset or booting the Karmic kernel (that I kept for that kind of situation).
For me, there's no problem of course. I use beta release to find such bugs but I hope it will be fixed before the final release. The strange point is that it seems I'm the only one affected by that bug.
