Luke, two things:
1.) I also have that issue, but on a Debian system. Todays up-to-date sid, but having it since half a year or so. Very annoying. 2.) The nvidia drivers are NOT open source. Fixing of this bug solely depends on the mercy of NVIDIA. This sucks and this is why this proprietary crap sucks. If it were open source, Ubuntu or Debian or other people could help you. Now they can't. Blame it on NVIDIA. (Or, indirectly, on Ubuntu, for including this crap. By not including it, the pressure on NVIDIA would be higher to release the stuff as open source, which would have ultimately already fixed this issue. For all of us.) -- compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV in glXBindTexImageEXT() https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/425160 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to nvidia-graphics-drivers-180 in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
